Matilda is a great book, it's about a little girl named Matilda and she is very smart. She learned to read by herself when she was a baby! Her parents think she’s a useless little brat. Then she learned how to move things with her mind! Then she uses her powers to stop annoying adults. And she basically saves her entire school from their evil headmaster Miss Trunchbull. There are many twists and turns in this book. I rate it 5 stars, it should be read by kids and adults ages 8 and up. I hope you read it someday! -C.H. by Katherine Applegate Crenshaw is about a boy’s imaginary friend, named crenshaw, (who keeps mysteriously appearing,) and the adventure that the two have together. The problem is, Jackson knows that something is going on his parents aren’t telling him, will he find out what it is in time to save his parents? We would rate crenshaw 3 ½ -4 stars. We recommend this book to ages 10-15, because it talks a lot about financial problems and it is very grown up. By N.W and R.P |
